WORDS

I Love You

These are not my words, but they could be. I’m not sure why I feel that the words of others have more impact than mine. It doesn’t really matter, as long as you hear them. These words belong to Dr. Jeff O’Driscoll, from his book “Not Yet.”

“That’s how answers come to me sometimes. I get feelings, impressions, and ideas, but sometimes I get sentences. It’s been that way since I was a child. ...You may debate whether it was God speaking to me, or some departed loved one, or some unspecified agent of the Universe, or my imagination. Whatever your answer, my tried-and-true practice has been to honor my mentor’s advice. I’ve been disappointed and discouraged when I’ve doubted. When I’ve trusted and gone forward, I’ve found success and clarity.” (END).

I have always said that “God” talks to me. The voice is not my voice and has no inflections that indicate male or female. It is a voice. A quiet voice. A calm voice. When that voice says, “Be calm. You are okay.” I listen. Do you listen when soul, spirit, God, or the Universe speaks to you?
