UNFAMILIAR ROADS

ART:  "February Morning"  2018

Driving home from the pharmacy yesterday morning, before the rain formed glossy ice sculptures, I passed a parked car. I thought the person must’ve been consulting a map or GPS (it doesn’t always work here). If the car had traveled a few more miles the sign would have explained– “Entering Potter County, God’s Country.” People sometimes get lost in “God’s Country” where there are no lines on the road to mark the center or the edges and the road winds uphill and down.

This photo is so captivating … I’m not sure if it’s one that you took or not, but I love it. And I can certainly relate to sometimes getting lost in “God’s Country” - heck sometimes I get lost going from room to room in my own home lol 😂! I love you Linda, and thank you once again for your morning blog. I wouldn’t know how to start my day without it 😊.
