Breathe

Partake

     of love

     of light

     of friendship

It takes fortitude

     to listen

     to be at peace

     to trust

I watched a doe

She was a vision

     of peace

     of plenty

     of nourishment

Let go

of what

does not

heal you

Breathe

              Just

                     Breathe

Hold in your heart

     the coming of light

     the beauty of the moment

     the wonder of night

For your own peace

             Be

      of one mind
